Sample on the floor plan
Drop a pin at the exact location of each sample. Pins stay anchored to walls and rooms — move a wall, the pins move with it. Status colours reflect Presumed ACM, Confirmed ACM, or No ACM Detected at a glance.
Material identification
Capture material type from a curated list — insulating board, sprayed coating, pipe insulation, cement, floor tiles, textured coatings, gaskets, and more. Asbestos type: chrysotile, amosite, crocidolite, or pending lab confirmation.
Condition assessment
Record friability (friable / non-friable), overall condition (good / fair / poor / damaged), extent of damage, and surface treatment (encapsulated, painted, unsealed). All structured data, all on the pin.
Risk and action
Tag each sample with a risk rating (low / medium / high / critical) and a recommended action — manage in place, encapsulate, monitor with re-inspection, or remediate. Your call, captured on the pin, included in the report.
Lab tracking
Log the lab sample reference that matches your chain-of-custody form. When the lab returns results, update the lab-result field per pin — chrysotile detected, amosite detected, mixed ACM, or no asbestos detected. The PDF reflects the current state.
Photos & voice notes
